- You agree that if you're under 13 years of age that you will provide a full release from your parents before posting any messages. This is in compliance with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA).
- We reserve the right to edit or remove any and all content that has been placed on luach.com.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice, and the new terms are retroactive.
Privacy Policy
Luach.com does not share your email address or personal information with other parties. We set cookies on your browser to support logging in. IP addresses and search terms are logged for statistics tracking. Luach.com records email messages and IP addresses sent from our reply form, to investigate abuse of our service. Please note that while we don't share email addresses, if you post your email address to luach.com, it is plainly visible to anyone subscribing to our newsletters, even if you use our email hiding feature, which hides your email address on our website.
