Miscellaneous: Looking for GFCF or allergen diet families Hi, we've been on a gluten-free, casein-free diet since Pesach and it's been getting kinda lonely since we don't ever go out for shabbos meals for fear of dietary breaches. I was wondering if there were any other families out there who keep GFCF diets or celiacs, etc. who would be interested in meeting each other and maybe we'll create a little community where we all will be able to go out for shabbos/yom tov once again. (We happen to be soy-free also. We do use tree nuts & peanuts however.) If there is enough interest, I would be happy to organize something like an allergen information gemach where families can specify the sort of dietary needs they observe and I can match them with other like-minded families?
