Seeking recommendation to decent contractor/builder/handyman ...if such exists anymore. After interminable disillusionments with servicepersons (to say toughness have taken over is an understatement), I've decided to place this ad, hoping for a steer toward anyone reliable, affordable, & willing to meet client's agenda rather than his own. Someone without a high-brow air that screams "small-time people are expendable!" Someone who doesn't get distracted when personal situations, or bigger jobs hack in (that's the story of my life, and never mind that I'm left in the lurch, after having been made to wait&wait&scramble&wait&scramble to meet their agenda, have hopes raised then dashed continuously). If by some miracle there's someone who can steer me in the right direction for a change, I'd love to hear from you.
