Come learn how to help prevent heart attack and strokes. Prominent cardiac physician, Dr. Joseph Wiedermann, from Bergen County will be giving free information on how to keep your heart healthy along with information on PAD (peripheral arterial disease) and Stroke Prevention. A screening of your carotid arteries and for PAD will be performed by a certified sonographer, Sharon Rowner. An RN will be present to help answer any questions you may have.
