ISO Female Roommate i have a 3 bedroom house (NOT A BASEMENT!!!!), and there are only 2 of us living here now. i am looking for a 3rd roommate immediately, that is for the room that is $400. the $400 room is small but still private, i know ppl who pay that much to share a room. the $600 room is bigger, my roommate is there now, but she is leaving queens to go to another school at the end of the semester, so it will be available in dec/ jan time. both rooms, utilities are not included, except water, the landlord pays for that. the rest of the house is really nice, a big kitchen to cook with and plenty of space to store food and supplies. the bathroom is really pretty, with a full bath with jets. there is a cute dining area. the living room is furnished but we do have a tv. please contact me if you know of anybody interested.
