Please help Yeshivat Dvar Yerushalyim Shalom-- I am a teacher and former student of Yeshivat Dvar Yerushalyim. I can't begin to express to you how much this yeshiva means to me. It literally saved my life as it did many others like me. The yeshiva is in desperate financial straits and asks for any possible help. The OU Israel Center is now working with the Israel Homeless Association, serving as a drop off center for the emergency collection of winter clothing/coats, kosher kitchen and household items and non-perishable food for distribution to Israel's neediest families. The Israel Homeless Assoc. has successfully delivered an entire moving van of winter clothing donated by OU membership at the Israel Center to Gush Katif refugee communities from Chispin in the Golan down to the tent cities in the Negev, in coordination with the Gush Katif Regional Council.
